Experimental Semantics: specialisation block (2018/2019)

In 2018/2019, Bartosz Maćkiewicz taught three specialist modules in experimental semantics: the practical, programming and corpus analysis modules.

Modules and instructors

• Theoretical module: Wojciech Rostworowski, 30 teaching hours, winter semester. An introduction to empirical research on linguistic meaning, focusing on questionnaire and psycholinguistic methods and questions in philosophy of language.
• Practical module: Bartosz Maćkiewicz. Designing surveys and psycholinguistic experiments; the USOS module description covers LimeSurvey, Ibex and PsychoPy.
• Programming module: Bartosz Maćkiewicz.
• Corpus analysis module: Bartosz Maćkiewicz. Course materials are available in the instructor’s repository.
